It's here! The Mugs Game hoodie - 03/11/24

Summer is around the corner and Dave and his co-creators have been very busy. Many of
you have now grabbed a copy of Dave’s latest book `When It Rains’. A crime read that has
attracted fabulous reviews from critics and readers alike. And now on the music front there is
exciting news.

Dave has two brand new upcoming Christmas singles releases `Rottnest Christmas’ as part
of the Quokkaz (with Jamie Mercanti, Nicole, and Martin Cilia), and `Christmas Isn’t
Christmas Till It Lives Inside Of You’ (with Martin Cilia). Both singles are released November
21 but only `Rottnest Christmas’ has a physical CD single. And what a great look it is with
magnificent artwork by Steve Panozzo.

NEW RELEASES!

'Still A Mugs Game' tour over but the music rolls on - 2023

What an amazing last half of the year it has been. In July we started the 'It's Still A Mugs Game' tour in Perth and finished last week in Melbourne. For the band it has been a wonderful opportunity to play together again and to be close again to bandmates.

And wow, what an audience. It was so wonderful to meet friends and fans old and new. We are hoping to have the original Suburbs playing in 24, but I'm also keen to do some book-music events with Tony and to do some gigs with the Rude Crew.

The Rude Crew is my posse of musicians that work with Martin Cilia and me to give life to our narrative more country style material. Our first single "Stella" is out now and the album 'Dirty Windcreens,Heartache and Beer' is out Dec 29.

On the book front, I've been overwhelmed by the reception for 'Summer of Blood' - thanks readers, I really appreciate the support.
